A great workspace boosts focus.
After moving last year, I decided to build a comfortable workstation. My principles: minimal yet high-quality gear, a clutter-free desk, and bright but non-glaring lighting.
I chose a 27-inch 4K monitor and added a monitor arm. The stand allows you to freely adjust height and angle, helping you find the most comfortable viewing position and significantly reducing neck strain.
The keyboard features red mechanical switches for a light, effortless typing experience. It includes a wrist rest to prevent fatigue during long typing sessions.
Keep only essentials on your desk: monitor, keyboard, mouse, a pen holder, and a small potted plant. Store everything else in drawers or cabinets. A cleaner desk means sharper focus.
For lighting, I placed a warm-toned desk lamp behind my monitor. I turn it on at night to reduce the brightness contrast between the screen and the environment, minimizing eye strain.
This setup isn't expensive, but it's noticeably improved my daily workflow. Great tools aren't a cost—they're an investment.
